On Sunday, November 2nd at 8am HKT, our #1 Longhorns visit the sixth ranked Red Raiders in what many are calling “the biggest thing to happen in West Texas since irrigation”. While there’s still a lot of football left to be played this season, if our Horns win, a trip to Miami on January 8th is ours to lose…
I have made arrangements with The Wheel, a pub on Hollywood Road (directly under the escalator) to host us for the game. I will connect via my laptop using SlingBox. Please invite any and all Longhorns, Raider fans, Texans, college football fans and the like…the atmosphere will no doubt be exciting. Since the Wheel is opening especially for us, I would encourage you to order plenty of food and drinks (Bloody Marys anyone?).
