Invitation
It was not long ago when we had our own Horse Race Watching Party. As we communicated earlier, some accounting and supply chain management (SCM) students currently studying at UT are in Hong Kong. The SCM students are going to have their own racecourse event next Wednesday and our members are invited to join them. Here are the details of the event:
Date: June 15, 2011 (Wednesday)
Time: 7pm
Venue: The Leading Edge (4/F & 5/F Public Stand, Happy Valley Racecourse, http://entertainment.hkjc.com/entertainment/go-racing/facilities/english/leading-edge.aspx)
Damage: $120/person (buffer dinner included), optional bet money additional at your own discretion
Deposits are required. If you want to join, please deposit $120 (or $125 by credit card) per person immediately into one of the following accounts and write to us at hongkong@alumni.utexas.net about your deposit:

Dress code is smart casual. This is an alumni only event. Each alumnus may bring one guest. Minimum age of participants is 18. Seats are limited. This time we confirm our participants strictly on a first-deposit-first-served basis. You will receive a full refund if you are not confirmed or if you cancel before we confirm your seat (less credit card transaction fees).
