This fiscal year is coming to an end. As part of the traditional of Texas Exes and a requirement of our Constitution, we are going to have the Annual General Meeting and Texas Independence Day dinner on February 26.
Time: Saturday, February 26 · 6:30pm – 10:00pm
Location: 創潮樓 Miracle Cuisine (1/F, VIP Commercial Building, 120 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui)
The AGM part normally lasts 30 minutes. Here is the agenda:
o Report from the President
o Report from the Treasurer
o Changes to the Constitution
o Certificate of Appreciation Presentation
o Election of Executive Committee 2011-2012
o A.O.B.
Dinner will then follow.
The venue is Miracle Cuisine in Tsimshatsui. Dinner will cost about $200 per person. Exact cost will be announced later.
This is a UT alumni only event, but alumni may bring guests to the dinner. HKTX members may vote in accordance to the provision of the Constitution which can be found on our web site at http://www.hktx.org/.
