It is again time for our Annual General Meeting (AGM). Our AGM is traditionally held near the Texas Independence Day which falls on March 2 every year. Here are the finalized details:
Date: Feb 28, 2009 (Saturday, 2 days before Texas Independence Day)
Time: 715-930pm for dinner, drink optional afterwards
Venue: Him Kee Hot Pot (謙記火鍋), 1/F & 2/F, Workingfield Commercial Building, 408-412 Jaffe Road, Causeway Bay, tel.: 2838 6116
Fee: About $200 per head (excluding optional drinks), shared equally among participants
Theme: Couples Night

Regarding the theme of “Couples Night”, you are encouraged to bring a friend. The person does not need to be a member of the opposite sex or your significant other. We want to create a warm atmosphere that everybody can enjoy. Kids are welcome, too.
