Invitation
Here are the details of the AGM + Spring/Texas Independance Day Dinner:
Date: February 27, 2010 (14th day of the lunar year, 3 days ahead of Texas Independance Day)
Time: AGM at 6pm, Dinner at 730pm
Place: Shing Hin Chinese Restaurant, 9/F, Recreation Building, City University of Hong Kong, Kowloon Tong (http://www.openrice.com/
Cost: $0 for AGM, $180 per person for dinner, half price for kids under 12
RSVP. Please indicate whether you will join only the AGM or only the dinner or both.
As mentioned before, we will try to pass our Constitution during the AGM. We have received some comments and we would like to hear from more of you. Your opinion is important. Please let us know your opinion on or before February 24 so that we may prepare any changes needed before the AGM.
Also, if you would like to help us in organizing our activites in the next fiscal year, please let us know.
