- February 20 (Sunday) – Spring Gathering and Dinner at City University (Activities include sports (badminton, squash, ice-skating), board games, Texas Rose Bowl Game viewing, hiking, etc.)
- March 13 (Sunday) – Texas Independence Day Dinner and Annual General Meeting
