First we would like to thank Mona for inviting us to the gathering and share with us the information about the mentorship program for the interns who will be in Hong Kong this summer!
Our alumni always give our visitors a warm welcome by meeting them personally, and this is no exception. 15 alumni joined the gathering at the terrace of Vice, a nice facility in the Lan Kwai Fong area. Mona told us that there will be a gathering among the interns and alumni in mid-June. We look forward to meet the interns!

Mona Syed, a representative from the UT International Office will be visiting Hong Kong in relation to a new summer internship program UT Austin is developing for undergraduate students. As part of her visit she is hosting an alumnae happy hour and is interested in meeting with UT Alums who would like to serve as mentors to students who will be interning in Hong Kong this summer. If you are interested in attending the happy hour and learning more about the alumni mentor initiative please RSVP to Mona at msyed@austin.utexas.edu by Sunday, March 6th at 6PM.
