Texas Longhorn Bowl Game Live Watching Party

Our football team is going to face Berkeley in the Holiday Bowl on December 28 8pm EST (9am HKT the next day). Once again, HKTX is bringing you the annual Longhorn Bowl Game Live Viewing Party which let our alumni in Hong Kong to witness the team’s victory together.

Details are as follows:

Date: December 29 (Thursday)
Time: 8:45am till end of game
Place: Amici, 1/F. 81-85 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong
Fee: $140, inclusive of breakfast and 1 standard drink (tea, coffee, soda, etc)

The game is scheduled to kick off at 9am HKT. The venue will open at 8am for preparation.

2 seasons ago when our team played the National Championship game we had more than 50 people joining our watching party, despite it was a work day. Do expect that our alum will take half a day off for the game. Let’s make this party a big one, too!

This is not only an opportunity to gather all our Longhorn football fans together but also an opportunity to meet our current students as many of them had come to our Bowl Games Watching Parties in the past.

 * If we have a large crowd, please bear with us if the service is not as good as you hope as we have not committed a large number of participants to the venue. Also, since we are occupying a significant part of the venue during their peak hour towards the end of the game, please consider to have lunch there to let them know our group are really good guests. This will help us to negotiate with them for more parties in the next season.
